We’ll walk through the proven\, life-saving techniques for self-rescue and buddy-rescue.\nBuilding a Safety Mindset: Learn how to plan your route\, travel in a group effectively\, and make smart decisions to avoid hazards altogether.\nDon’t just hope you’re safe—know you’re prepared.
