It includes: \nGrowth and development monitoring (height\, weight\, BMI\, milestones) \nFull physical exam \nVision and hearing screening (age appropriate) \nImmunizations \nBehavioral and mental health screening \nNutrition\, sleep\, and safety guidance \nA chance for parents to ask questions about development\, school readiness\, and more \nSports Physical (Pre-Participation Physical Exam)A Sports Physical focuses specifically on your child’s ability to safely participate in athletic activities.
